Order Status Related

What do the different order status terms mean?
  • Pending: Your order has been received but not yet processed.

  • Processing: Your payment has been confirmed, and your order is being prepared.

  • Shipped: Your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.

  • Delivered: Your order has reached its destination.

  • Cancelled: Your order was cancelled due to payment failure or upon your request.

  • Refunded: You’ve been issued a refund for your order.

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order ID, details, and estimated delivery time. You can also log in to your Madofit account to view your order status under “My Orders.”

If a product is marked as ‘Sold Out’, it’s currently unavailable. You can click the “Notify Me” button on the product page (if available), and we’ll let you know once it’s back in stock.

Log in to your account and go to the “My Orders” section to see real-time updates on your order status. You’ll also receive email/SMS notifications as your order progresses.

Payment Related

How do I pay for a Madofit purchase?

You can pay using a credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, wallets, or Cash on Delivery (COD), depending on your location. We use secure payment gateways to protect your information.

No, there are no hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price. All taxes and shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned before you confirm your order.

Cash on Delivery lets you pay in cash at the time of delivery. This option is available for select pin codes and order values.

At checkout, select “Credit/Debit Card” as your payment option. Enter your card number, expiry date, CVV, and any required OTP (One-Time Password) to complete the transaction securely.

Choose the COD option at checkout (if available for your area), and place your order. You’ll pay in cash when your order is delivered.

If the payment was deducted but the order wasn’t successful, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your payment fails, try the following:

  • Double-check your card or payment info.

  • Switch to a different payment method.

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

COD may not be available in your area due to pin code restrictions, high-value orders, or past delivery issues. Try using prepaid options or reach out to support for assistance.

For eligible orders, Madofit offers EMI (Equated Monthly Installments) via select banks and credit cards. Just choose EMI during checkout and select your preferred plan.

How do you ship your orders?

Madofit partners with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products. All orders are packed securely and dispatched from our warehouses after thorough quality checks.

Delivery usually takes:

  • 3–5 business days for major cities in India

  • 5–8 business days for remote or regional locations

  • 7–14 business days for international orders

You’ll be notified with tracking details once your order ships.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, except on Sundays or public holidays.

For fitness equipment orders:

  • Free installation support is provided in selected cities.

  • For other locations, we’ll guide you through self-installation or recommend local technicians.

  • Installation instructions are included in the package or emailed after purchase.

Cancellations & Modifications

What is Madofit’s Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. If your order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery, depending on the product’s eligibility.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order number and new address details.

To cancel your order:

  • Log in to your Madofit account

  • Go to “My Orders”

  • Select the order you wish to cancel and click “Cancel Order”

Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days after cancellation.

  • Prepaid orders: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Returns & Refunds

What is the general return policy on Madofit?

We offer a 7-day return policy on most products. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Returns are accepted only if there’s a valid reason such as damaged, incorrect, or defective products.

We’re sorry! Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package/product. We’ll arrange a replacement or initiate a refund based on your preference and product availability.

Yes:

  • Supplements & Consumables: Return only if damaged, expired, or incorrect item was delivered.

  • Fitness Equipment: Eligible for return if defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Apparel & Accessories: Returnable if unused and in original condition with tags.

Once your return request is approved:

  • We’ll arrange a free pick-up via our logistics partner (available in select areas).

  • In other areas, we may ask you to self-ship the product. Shipping charges will be reimbursed in Madofit Wallet (if applicable).
