General Returns Policy

We offer an option to return or replace products within 7 calendar days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund.

Return requests may not be approved in cases of buyer’s remorse, such as ordering the incorrect variant or unnecessary cancellation. We reserve the right to determine approval based on your order history and discretion.

Returned products must be in original condition, with the brand outer box, MRP tags, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories intact.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

A product is eligible for return or refund if:

It is not damaged while in your possession.

It is identical to what was shipped to you.

It is returned with all original packaging and accessories.

The return request is made within the prescribed timelines.

Excessive returns or cancellations may lead to account suspension or restrictions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by You: Orders can be canceled before shipping via My Orders > Specific Order > Cancel. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Cancellation by Us: We may cancel an order due to:

Pricing errors.

Product unavailability.

Any other valid reasons at our discretion.

For credit/debit cards, net banking: Refund will be processed within 7 business days after confirmation.Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account upon sharing details via email.

How long does a refund or replacement take?
Once the returned product clears Quality Check (QC), the refund or replacement will be processed within 7 days. Replacements depend on stock availability; if unavailable, a refund will be issued.

When will I get a refund for a canceled order?
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days. Additional processing time may depend on your bank.
