DELIVERY
Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched via our trusted logistics partners through courier or postal services, as appropriate. Our delivery partners will make up to three (3) attempts to deliver your order. If the recipient is unavailable or the premises are inaccessible during these attempts, the order will be marked as undeliverable and returned to us. In such cases, the order may be treated as cancelled.

A nominal shipping charge of ₹49 (inclusive of GST) applies to orders below ₹399

Orders are usually delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your delivery location. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Please note that delivery timelines may vary in case of remote locations or other external factors.
How are the products packaged?
All items are packed securely using boxes, paper bags, and/or bubble wrap. Additional protective packaging is used for fragile or high-value items to avoid damage in transit.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details including the tracking number and the name of the courier partner. You can also view tracking updates in the “My Orders” section on our website.
How do I check the current status of my order?
Log in to your account on https://madofit.com, go to the “My Orders” section, and click on your order to view its current status and tracking information.
Do you ship to international locations?
No, we currently only ship within India.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
